Unlike many other Balinese complexes, this house is part of the
unique set of villas that offers visitors the chance to stay in an
environmentally friendly and ecologically sustainable compound which is
also part of Balinese village life and culture. Therefore there is the
opportunity for much interaction with the local people and animals,
whom you will observe working in rice fields and gardens, dogs,
chickens, roosters, cows and so on, as well as passing through the houses walkways and working around them during their daily routines. If you're looking for a serene villa miles from village life this is not the place.
- 1 hour to Denpasar Airport. Airport pick up available on site.
- Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Hotel Bali Beach Golf Course, Holes: 9. PANCASARI, Holes: 18. Bali Handara Kosaido Country Club, Holes: 18. Le Meridien Nirwana Golf & Spa Resort, Holes: 18.
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Ubud is the cultural and culinary center of Bali. A little higher and cooler than beach resorts, a town with excellent shopping, restaurants, museums, dance, arts and crafts. There is a great market 5 minutes from the house (by jeep): Delta Mart and 10 minutes is a Bintang. Two very well stocked markets where you could buy everything! The staff is very helpful with maps, directions, and especially inviting you along to traditional ceremonies.
- Kuta beach and surfing spots are an hour by car.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited. Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer - Western Union If you would like to book we would require a 50% deposit to hold your reservation; Pay Pal invoice will need to be invoiced to you beforehand. Easily done over the Internet. If you have a problem with Pay pal, or wish to not use it, please let me know and we can find another alternative.

- Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
