1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Its super-size bed can comfortably sleep 2 or 3 (3m x 3m Bed) with 8mm thickness of mattress protector makes your sleep soft and comfy! This master bedroom suite is very large and luxurious at over 850 square feet. Separate shower and toilet area, walk-in wardrobe and a traditional outdoor shower and a very large terazzo bath-tub in an open sky! It stands in a separate building within this villa compound. The swimming pool deck just a step from the door.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 1). This bedroom suite is very large and luxurious at over 750 square feet with balcony. Separate shower and toilet area, walk-in wardrobe and a beautiful private indoor shower and a large terazzo bathtub. It stands in the ground floor with direct access to swimming pool, jacuzzi and an open Bale (traditional Balinese hut).

The North side of the view is 3 highest mountains in Bali, one of them is the famous Batur Volcano. The ambiance and tranquility of the location are very special.
• Denpasar Bali Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. Airport transfer is complimentary. Please provide your flight arrival details and number of passengers upon booking. Drive time from Bali's International Airport to the villa is approximately 1.5hours or less depending on traffic conditions.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.

Refundable security will be taken from Guest in cash on arrival and will be refunded at the same time on check out after Villa manager checked that there is no damage and no telephone bills.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 12 years old stay free. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
