Payment Details
The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - American Express - Cash
The payment could be done during the departure date or on arrival date based on cash basis.

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Free of charge.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
