Barbecue on private covered deck with side burner. Includes griddle specifically for the barbecue in order to easily cook eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes etc. Kitchenette and barbecue area enjoy beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean. Grill food inside as well on the electric grill. Kitchenette is finely appointed with upscale cabinetry and granite counter tops.

Bed Summary

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Pull Out (sleeps 2). Both beds are located in one large room with the pull out bed situated in front of the fireplace. Cozy leather sofa and reading chair in front of stone fireplace. Fireplace is furnished with wood slab mantle milled from property Flooring is 6"wide tongue and groove fir. Dining table sits in front of picture window and enjoys stunning Pacific ocean views. Kitchenette is finished with fine wood cabinetry and granite counter tops. It is equipped with everything you require to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a barbeque on the deck with a side burner and griddle. You will sleep very comfortably on the foam latex bed laden with high thread count linen and duvet. You will enjoy inspiring ocean views right from your bed and you can go to sleep to the sound of the waves. The bathroom is spa like with its heated ceramic tile floor, dual vessel sinks and very large double shower with pebble base. The suite flows out to a spacious private cedar deck overlooking stunning ocean views.

View

Perched high on a secluded ocean point, views of the open Pacific ocean are stunning. There is an island and smaller rugged rocky shoals directly in front over which the waves rip putting on an inspiring white water display. Ucluelet's famous Wild Pacific Trail can be seen from the deck. Flanked on either side of us are two beaches, Terrace Beach and Little Beach. The soothing sound of the waves lapping up on the sandy beach are ever present. All these views can be enjoyed from your private deck in a very secluded private setting surrounded by old growth cedar.

Beautiful views out to the open Pacific. The base of our ocean staircase is rock which is the home to very interesting marine tidal pools.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Cash - Travelers Cheques
Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice prior to arrival during the summer season and all holiday periods will be charged a $50 admin. fee and will be refunded for only those nights re-booked. Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice prior to arrival for all other periods will be charged for one night and a $50 admin. fee.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
