Property is waterfront (i.e. no properties between the property and water OR property is in a community with private waterfront access).
Pacific ocean is less than a 1 minute walk from the property without crossing a road. The coarse sand beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. There is no dock, moorage or float anchor.
This West Coast Contemporary post and beam lodge is situated magnificently above the Pacific shoreline.

There are 2 courses within a walking or driving distance. The Long Beach Golf Course is located only 20 minutes away by car. A new world class golf course will be open in Ucluelet in 2008.
Shopping and Dining
The shops and restaurants are about a 5 minute walk from the property. The small town of Ucluelet is just down the road. There are various types of stores in the village where you should be able to find all of your shopping needs.

Rent Home Ucluelet
I loved staying at this lodge! Our deck view was of the ocean, and right nearby was the great walking trail called Pacific Rim Trail.

The comfortable suite was lovely, built in a west coast contemporary style. The owners were very gracious, and helpful with suggestions and directions to the places we wanted to see while in the area.

First we explored the immediate area of Ucluelet (located at the northern edge of Barkley Sound). Activities here include surfing, fishing, whale watching, kayaking, camping, hiking, storm watching, biking, swimming, and beachcombing.

We then went a bit further to explore Tofino. Near Tofino we walked Long Beach, a scenic and popular year-round destination, at the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve.

We loved it here and look forward to coming back again!

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of CAD is due immediately.
