    The ocean views from the suites are spectacular. To your left you will find Terrace Beach, a long sandy beach. Directly across the bay you will see He-Tin-Kis park. You may follow the Wild Pacific Trail through the park and onto the Lighthouse. To your right, when looking off your balcony, is the open ocean.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 50) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 10 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
