The view is quite simply outstanding facing South and looking up the mountains and counryside to Serramonacesca embedded in the hills

There is a small river that disects our land ideal and safe for children to play in etc

Ryan Air have one flight a day from the UK and also Frankfurt Rome is just under 2 hours away by Autostrade accross the Appenines. All major Car Rental firms available
Transit
Manopello Staion or Chieti. Aslo many buses/coaches stop at Chieti and Pescara from Rome etc.

There are several excellent restaurants with 10-20 minutes drive

Tennis, Football and Basbetball pitches in village of Serramonacesca just a few minutes walking

There are 2 courses within a walking or driving distance. Unspecified are a 0 minute drive/taxi from the property.

The mountin is 2700 metres with several lifts, schools equipment hire etc at Passo Lanciano

Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
A booking/security deposit of 200 Euros is required to secure the booking. This would be refunded 7-10 days after final departure. The full rent must be paid within 8 weeks of arrival
Payment Methods:
Cash, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque.

Security or Damage:
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is due on arrival.
