The balance must be paid by bank transfer in British pounds at least two calendar months before arrival.
Cancellation:
Two calendar months or more before arrival - deposit is forfeited
Within two calendar months of arrival date - 100% of total booking cost
It is a condition of booking that your party is covered by comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required for long stays. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

All payments to be in GBPounds£ only.
Comprehensive Travel and cancellation Insurance must be in force.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
- Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
