The cooker has 4 hotplates, an oven and a grill.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single/Twin Bed (sleeps 1). The is room has a sloping ceiling, a north facing window with traditional lead lights, and skylights facing east and west.
2 Single/Twin Beds (sleeps 1). This attractive bedroom has a south-facing window that overlooks a small working farmyard and two sky-lights facing east and west,
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This bed is a particularly fine (and comfortable) traditional English four-poster. The room is wheelchair accessible.
1 Queen or 2 Singles (sleeps 2). This is an extra room in the garden - a converted medieval bee-house that can be rented in conjunction with the Stables. It has two single beds that can be made into a double and an ensuite shower room. Very small, very special and very very quiet.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Views to the east overlook the garden, to the west the yard and to the south the small working farmyard.
From the upstairs bedrooms the skylights give further views across the local countryside.
There are no views to the north.
There is a garden with a lawn and garden furniture.
There is another converted farm building to rent across a small yard.
The owners live next door. Unit 18168.
- Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is a public golf course about 15 minutes drive away
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). This cottage is under two miles from the small, pretty town of Castle Cary where there is an interesting selection of small shops, pubs and restaurants.
- To the south about 90 minutes drive away are the several delightful seaside towns - such as Lyme Regis and Weymouth. To the north again about 90 minutes drive is Weston-super-Mare.
All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

- Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chaircan be provided.

- Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
