From the large glass front of the house you have a wonderful view of the ocean. The master bedroom has a large window from which you can see the sunrise in the morning. The living room and gallery also have a view of the ocean as well.

Payment Details

10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
