The bus is about a 5 minute drive/taxi from the property.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
The payment balance is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Low Season, cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to check-in, otherwise deposits will not be refunded.
High Season, December to February and Easter Week, there are no refunds.

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
