Multi-level unit with balcony, cathedral ceilings and remote control fans. Large wood burning fireplace. Unit is an end townhome. Creek runs along the west side. Unit is very light and sunny.

Distances

Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 20 minute(s). Before you can put on your skis, there is a 10 minute walk to the 'people mover' run at the Canyons. Or you can pick up the shuttle across from Blue Roof Market.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). After walking 3 minutes to the bus stop, the transit ride is about 12 minutes to the shops and dining. The bus frequency is every 15 minutes.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The rent, required to complete the booking, is 2 nights (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit only - not for payment of normal services. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less a $50 handling fee) if the unit is re-rented.
