This is a new (February, 2005), luxury 2200 square foot, vacation home. With all new furniture, this home is an ideal gathering place. The gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops overlooks the family room with its fireplace. From anywhere in these rooms you have a great view of the 43 inch HDTV or look outside through the picture windows and see a view of the Wasatch Mountains and the Swaner Nature Preserve. A large private Jacuzzi and gas BBQ grill are located on the covered deck just off the kitchen. A Nintendo Game Cube and X-box are there for the kids.

    Payment Details
    35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
