    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Discover Card
    Payments are through paypal. You do not need a paypal account, only a credit card.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 6.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $75/day.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
