1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Beautifully decorated with large storage armoire, nightstand with plenty of magazines, and TV on a stand. Moose themed room with luxury comforter, new (2006) pillows.

Living Room

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2).

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has hair dryer and one basin.

View

Mountain view surrounds the condo however, the condo is in the midst of the complex. You do have a porch.

More Information

Fabulously located in the back corner of the complex, facing a meadow, you'll find that the units nickname, Peaceful, is appropriate. A perfect getaway for a family of four, or a couple. Everything you need is included, so just pack a suitcase.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Cash
Cancellations outside of 45 days, $150 booking fee surcharge penalty. Inside of 45 days, no refund unless re-rented. If re-rented, expect full refund on days rented, less $150. No smoking as per Utah state clean air act. If you smoke in the condo, you will forfeit all security deposits, and be assessed a deep cleaning charge. No pets per HOA rules, and for the comfort of all of our guests.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 65.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
