This cabin sleeps 18. 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 fireplaces, 2 whirlpools , full kitchen with all appliances all utensils, all bedding, pillows, towels etc. Master bedroom has a king size bed, fireplace, whirlpool in room, a sleeper sofa and full bath. 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, fireplace, whirlpool in room and full bath. 3rd bedroom has two bunk beds that sleeps six and a full bathroom in hallway. Main floor has a giant living room, family room with large stone fireplace, dining area, kitchen and full bath. Deck overlooking pond is close enough to cast your fishing line into the water.

Payment Details
300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 21 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, you receive a transferable gift certificate for your deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal
PayPal invoice sent via e-mail.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100 will apply. A fee of 25 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
