Beautiful stone-built house (approx. 280 m2) situated just 4 km from the medieval city of Uzes. Peaceful position. The garden (3000 m2) is enclosed with trees and with a tennis court (hard surface). In a large closed courtyard you will find the floodlit swimming pool as well as the terrace/pergola with a large table and barbecue. Parking for 4 cars. Swimming pool (10x5m) (1/5-2/10). Washing machine. Dishwasher. TV. Tennis court. Minimum rental period for two weeks throughout the year.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living room (TV) with fireplace, large dining room with lounge area, kitchen (oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher), 2 twin bedded rooms one of which has a washbasin, 1 bathroom with hip bath (no WC or bidet), WC, 1 twin bedded room with a set bunk beds and washbasin (suitable for 4 children/teenagers), WC (with washbasin), laundry room (washing machine, fridge). 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom with washbasin, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath (no bidet). Modern and rustic-style furniture. At the time of booking it is also possible to book on request an annexe for 3 people located 20 m from the house made up of 1 single bedroom with kitchen corner, 1 double bedroom (1.40 m bed), 1 bathroom with hip bath (no bidet). LOCATION: 500 m St Siffret (food shop), 3 km Pont del Charettes (all facilities), 4.5 km Uzès (all facilities, golf course, hospital), 12 km Pont du Gard, 25 km Nimes (SNCF station, airport), 30 km Avignone (SNCF-TGV station).
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
