The magnificient stone-built Mas Barynia , in Provençal style (abt 150-200 m2) and recently re-constructed, using its former building materials, now benefits from all modern conveniences. It is U shaped and built around a very impressive swimming pool that is floodlit and which follows its contours (abt. 12x12m, max 2.2 m deep) complete with exotic island, artificial waterfall effect cliff and a progressively sloping shore line that lets you visualise the nuances of the colour of the water....sandy white to the blue of the Mediterranean sea! In 1993 the beauty of the swimming pool won the NSPI Gold Award in USA. Everything has been conceived by paying attention to form and colour and splendidly matching stone, water and vegetation. There are several terracings, some of which are covered and an enclosed garden (abt. 1.300 m2). You can enjoy peace and quiet at Mas Barynia , it is in a secluded spot and benefits from beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and in the distance you can see the outline of the towers of the Medieval Duchy town of Uzès and on the horizon the Cevenne mountain range. LOCATION: 8 km Uzès (9 hole golf course), 30 km Avignon, 20 km Nìmes. 2 km horse riding school.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
