    The house is about 5,000 square ft with open plan upstairs. The entranceway has a huge closet which houses coats and shoes. As you enter the home you will face the large open plan living room, kitchen to the right and also the dining room with 14ft ceilings. Off the entrance way is the door to the garage which can house up to four cars on a hydraulic lift, and also a powder room for visitors just before you reach the living room. Off the living room is the Zen feel master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom, and a dual gas fireplace for both the bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom has a double French door which leads to a small terrace where you can sit all year round and enjoy cocktails, meals or afternoon tea as there is a gas heater on this terrace. This terrace can also be accessed from the living room. The large ensuite bathroom has a Jacuzzi and also a shower, with a double sink. The washer and dryer are also located in this bathroom along with a small TV. Upstairs boasts numerous skylights which is an added feature with one in the kitchen, one in the entrance hall and another skylight in the master bathroom and walk in closet area, never a shortage of natural light in this house. The unit is wheelchair accessible. The doorways are all 3' and there is room to turn a chair around in the main master bathroom. There are grab bars in the master suite bathroom shower but not by the toilet although there is a counter there for support. It would depend on whether the person is able to use his arms for some mobility because the shower is not 'roll in' and does have a lip.
