    The property has a 1000 m2 garden and a private access to the sea through our neighbor's garden by way of a right of passage. The path goes along the outer edge of his property after crossing a little garden bridge and opening a gate and goes down the steep coast line by way of steps and a path and a second gate. 5 minutes at most. Persons with walking disabilities might not want to go down to the water here. But a morning swim in the cove is stunning and private, mostly during the day also. Nearby properties are well hidden by vegetation. The area is a nationally protected area so we have quite a bit of wildlife in the form of wild boars ( not dangerous except to gardens so the gate must be closed at dusk systematically), fox, marten, squirrel, deer, and a lot of birds. The house has a gorgeous view of the sea and evenings on the terrace are marvelously serene. The house is very open inside and light. All the mattresses are new. Towels matching each bathroom are found in either the closets of the rooms close to the bathroom or in the closet in the bathroom itself. There is ample closet space. There is an inflatable buggy board in one closet and some masks and tubes and flippers.

Next to the swimming pool, you will enjoy the shadow of the stoned pool house fully equipped, which will contribute to make you feel being in a small paradise where time stopped leaving place to relaxation and pleasure only. This special Provencal house is composed on the ground floor of a living room with fireplace, TV and free Wifi, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom (with Italian shower and toilet) and a beautiful veranda with over stunning views. This is the place to be in the evening to enjoy the colorful sunset. There is also an outside terrace where you can take your breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy the nature around. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (one queen size bed with private balcony and dressing, another queen size bed with a view on the village Lorgues and dressing). Both rooms are fully renovated with a provencal touch of decoration. There is one bathroom with WC. Lorgues is a very pleasant town to explore, which is situated on the side of a hill and surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. It is famous for it's market every Tuesday morning. There are many small nice restaurants and supermarkets in the village. Just 2 mins from the house there is bakery shop, where you can buy fresh bread and croissants every morning. The villa is only about 40 km from sea (St. Tropez, St. Maxime), as it is also in the middle of very good vineyards and beautiful landscape, this region has a lot to offer in terms of sightseeing, walking, cycling. Famous for its cuisine, it hosts restaurants like Bruno, Le Chrissandier, and chez Doumé. At Lorgues and in the nearby medieval villages, you can visit plenty of historic sites as well as enjoying the various local markets and festivals organized under the plane trees and typical of the region. The Thoronet Abbey and its remarkable architecture are only 10 minutes from the village. Once you try our house and region, we bet you'll come back next year...
