Sabal Harbour is a walled community with a club house and has secure recreational facilities for its residents and guests by use of a swipe card.

Sabal Harbour benefits from a large sized community swimming pool with plenty of loungers, tables and chairs for relaxing. The recreational facilities features two all-weather floodlit tennis courts, a full size basketball court, a children’s play area featuring swings, slides, climbing frame etc. and also a volleyball court. There is also a large open space where children can enjoy a kick around with a ball or even enjoy a game of football, soccer etc. if there are several children available to play.

Sabal Harbour is very central to Sarasota and University Parkway and is within around 2 miles of the I75. There are several beaches, restaurants, shops, shopping malls, state parks and places for the family to visit eg. Mote Aquarium, Spanish Point, Sarasota Jungle Zoo, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens and much, much more within a short drive.

The best beaches of Siesta Key and Lido Key are around a 20 minute drive away in the car whilst Bradenton, Cortez, Manatee Beaches can probably be reached by car in around 25-30 minutes.

The closest Airport is Sarasota / Bradenton Airport which is about a 20 minute drive away from the community and Tampa International Airport is around a 50 minute drive away.

There are many theme parks within an easy reach and these include: Busch Gardens (approximately 50 minute drive away), Disney Theme Parks (approximately 2 hour drive away), Sea World (approximately 2¼ hour drive away) and Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure (approximately 2½ hour drive away).

There are several restaurants nearby and these include: Lazy Lobster, Bone Fish, Carrabbas, Olive Garden, Outback Steak House, Applebees and much, much more.
