The Cancun airport is about a 20 minute drive. The shops and restaurants are about less than a 1 minute walk from the property. A couple of restaurants across the street and the beginning of plenty of shopping. You can walk to at least 20 restaurants, mall and plenty of other shops in strip malls. Property is a beach front property. A fine sand beach, gradual for a short distance is a 1 minute walk. There is access to a rentals nearby. There is no access for boats. Beautiful Cancun beach. Miles and miles North or South, crystal clear, warm water. Sometimes real good waves for body surfing.
