The Boardwalk backs onto a quiet creek with unobstructed views of the famous Three Sisters Mountains. There is an elevator in the building.

The stroll into the center of Canmore is just four minutes. Tranquil creekside location (Policeman's Creek) allows you to watch the abundant waterfowl from your balcony. Connecting to Canmore's extensive walking trail system is an easy three minute walk. Steps from Main Street with its shops, galleries and restaurants. The Centennial Park is a twelve minute walk. Canmore Nordic centre is a nine minute drive. Banff National Park is one mile from Canmore and Banff Townsite just a twenty minute drive. There is no transit service.
