The Clubhouse is equipped with free use of computer terminals with internet access, and a large screen television.

The Clubhouse has an outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi surrounded by sun loungers. It also has a gym, table foosball/football, outdoor table tennis and a children's playground.

A gated community located at the junction of highways 192 and US27. Disney theme parks and Sea World are less than 15 minutes away while Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are an easy 25-minute drive. A shuttle service is available for a small charge to transport guests to and from the major theme parks and shopping centres. Orlando International Airport is thirty-five minute drive and Sanford Airport is less than an hour away. Several top-class golf courses are also nearby, including Champions Gate which is only 10 minutes away. A 24-hour Wal-mart supermarket is less than a five minute drive and Publix supermarkets plus numerous convenience stores are also within easy reach.
