This complex is located just off of Ali'i drive, and is a one minute walk to the Kahaluu Beach Park. This is popular spot to surf and snorkel; it is frequented by turtles, and has a sheltered access for novice snorklers. A further ten minute walk will take you to White Sands beach (a.k.a. Magic Sands). Approximately twenty minutes from Kona International Airport. It is less than a ten minute drive to the town of Kailua, or a few minutes drive south to the Keauhou Shopping Center, where there are interesting shops, restaurants, a large super market, cinema, banks, medical clinic, drugstore, post office, gas station and a Wendy's with the best view you can imagine. Volcanoes National Park is a two hour twenty minute drive. The closest golf course is the Kona Country Club Golf Course, which has two championship golf courses. It is a 36-hole layout featuring the Ocean Golf Course and Ali'i (Royal) Golf Course, and is only about a ten minute drive away.
