The Royal Mauian is built on a lava flow at the oceans edge with an outdoor, heated pool, 2 elevators and 4 gas BBQs in the outside area.

The Maui Airport is about a 30 minute drive. The shops and restaurants (including Cafe-O-Lai, Pizza Hut, Chinese, Mexican, Sports Bar and Thai) are about a 2 minute walk from the property. Other good restaurants in walking distance, many gourmet restaurants at Wailea- Five minute drive south. Shopping, Dive Shop and Paddleboard, are about a 2 minute walk from the property. There are more than 10 courses within a walking or driving distance. Wailea(3), Makena,Ellair, Dunes and Kapalua(45 min), is about a 10 minute drive. Property is a beach front property. A fine sand beach, gradual for a long distance is less than a 1 minute walk from the property. There is access to rentals nearby. There is no access for boats. Kamaole One Beach is one half mile long white sand beach. Kamaole Two Beach is one minute to the south-a great white sand beach.
