***Brand new, quality cottages built between 2007 and 2009---with a 'retro' theme------------Remember the lazy cottage days of your childhood? Experience them again in these newly built cottages that have a retro '50's theme', including white picket fences, 50's music playing by the pool and the sound of cottage doors slamming gently as your kids run out to join their friends. There is a safe neighborly feeling here, and because cars are only allowed on the roads for loading and unloading, children can run with their new friends in a pedestrian friendly enviroment. Each Veranda Beach cottage stands alone with its oversized private screened veranda for the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living. On each veranda is a dining room table that seats 6 comfortably, and 4 upholstered wicker chairs with matching coffee tables. A pet friendly enviroment. Games room, grocery store and gift shop are located on the property. The diner and store are 50's style, with music and waitress's uniforms from that era; milkshakes too! There is a dock and moorage, with room for 20 boats. Great swimming beach with separate area for boats and sea-doos to come right up on beach. Equipment rental at the dock. Firepit. Security patrol at night. |
Activities
These cottages are located on Osoyoos Lake; it is a warm lake, and the beach here is fine sand. There is an outdoor pool with washrooms and change area, toddler's pool and children's playground. Shuffleboard and beach volleyball. Check the daily activities schedule when you visit--- among choices offered are:
