Four elevators, water fall area, green area, over sized outdoor chess area, private for residence 5000 square foot roof top BBQ area, wet bar and view of the Ocean, backing on to the golf course and beach across the street 400 feet at the exclusive reef club.

Activities

Casino, xcaret, xelha, 5th Ave and xplor are about a 15 minute drive/taxi from the property. Coco bongo night club. Scuba Diving, Night clubs, Golfing, shopping and mayan ruins are about a 5 minute walk/transit from the property. Theme parks.

Distances

The Cancun airport is about a 45 minute drive. The shops and restaurants (including 15 min walk to 5th Avenue, 5 min ($5) drive to Walmart, Starbucks and all restaurants) are about a 5 minute walk from the property. This property is located on the playa car palace-resorts golf course. Property is a beach front property. A fine sand beach, gradual for a long distance is less than a 1 minute walk from the property. There is access to a rentals nearby. There is no access for boats. Reef club beach with white powder sand.
