Tennis - on site, free, Pitch and Putt - on site, free, Beach or Pool Volley Ball - on site, free, Horseback riding - on site (fee) and children's activities - painting etc. (small fee) are about less than a 1 minute walk from the property. This is a condo in a resort complex so when you check in to the resort you will find an activities desk with many options and people there to help you book any activities you may be interested in and to provide guidance and directions. The resort also holds a welcome information meeting a few times a week to help orientate newcomers to the resort and area.

The SJD airport is about a 10 minute drive. Its best to pre-book a shuttle which we can help you with and then on the return to the airport you would need to take a taxi as a shuttle on the return is not available due to local taxi laws. The taxi's have a monopoly on the return trip to the airport and charge approximately $25.00 for a couple and a few more dollars for each additional passenger. The bus is about less than a 1 minute walk. Bus picks up out front of the resort and can take you either into San Jose (the small fishing village 5 minute ride) or to Cabo San Lucas the larger city 25 minute ride. Bus cost approximately $2.50 per person. The shops and restaurants (including Mega Grocery Store (similar to Walmart)) are about a 5 minute walk from the property. A 5 minute walk to the local grocery store. Most items are cheaper than in the US or Canada. If you want Walmart or Costco then it is a 25 minute taxi or bus ride to Los Cabos. Snokeling beaches is about a 5 minute bus/shuttle. There are 3 courses within a walking or driving distance. There are at least 3 course that I'm aware of within a short drive of the resort. There may be more. Property is a beach front property. Property is near the ocean. A fine sand beach, gradual for a long distance is less than a 1 minute walk from the property. There is no access for boats. The beach is beautiful and goes on for miles. However, the pool is for swimming as the water off the beach experiences large waves and a large undertow. You will see people swimming however it is not recommended and red flags are posted on the beach to warn swimmers not to do so.
