New building in 2005. The complex is a new section of the older Pines Condos. Those were built between 1985-1996 and have also had a refurbishment on the exterior so they look similar to the new construction. The free ski shuttle will pick you up at the complex and drop you off at the slopes of the Steamboat Resort every 20 minutes. Ski Haus equipment and gear shop is next door to the complex.

One mile to the Steamboat Ski Resort and one mile from town. Complex is located within walking distance to two shopping centers: Central Park Plaza which includes the City market, liquor store, Walmart, a ski shop, bagel shop, deli and much more, and Sundance Plaza which includes Safeway, Mcdonalds, Pizza Hut, a coffee shop and more. The Yampa River Trail is right across the street and this trail follows the river for approximately 7 miles going towards and past town and also in the opposite direction. It's a great place for a walk or run. The river is very popular with fly fisherman too.
