Located in the Spanish town of Villanueva de la Concepcion. Within a short walk there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and other facilities, such as the new municipal swimming pool three minutes from the apartment; a large pool in grass lawn surroundings with an open air bar and views toward the Torcal. El Torcal National Park with its unique natural limestone sculptures and various walking routes, lies above Villanueva and is 10 minutes away by car. Beyond El Torcal is the historic town of Antequera with ancient churches, architecture and prehistoric caves is a 25 minute car journey from Villanueva. Malaga and Malaga Airport are approximately 40 minutes by car and the drive to Costa del Sol resorts takes about one hour.
