Built in 2003. The clubhouse has a pool table, foosball table, table tennis and lounge with fireplace. There is an outdoor basketball court. A dock is available for use.

This complex is located on the shores of Wood Lake. It is 10 to 15 minutes from the airport in Kelowna. Wood Lake is five miles long and connects via a canal to Kalamalka Lake for another 10 miles of lake access. It is a short walk to the local convenience store, and a four minute drive to the closest shopping centre. Another three minute drive takes you to a larger shopping area for grocery shopping, fresh produce stand, video rentals, library, fast food outlets, liquor store and pharmacy. Thirty minute drive or less to 4 excellent golf courses, including Predator Ridge Golf Course. It is a few minutes walk to an excellent Greek Restaurant, and a few minutes further will take you to the Turtle Bay Marine Pub, for excellent pub food, with a lake view.
