The use of existing air conditioning units is optional, and incurs an extra charge of EUR 100 per week. If required by Customer, it should be requested and paid when booking.
Property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. Cleaning during the stay is available at request (vacuum cleaning, dusting, floor washing and bathrooms cleaning) at the cost of 50% of one day rent. Water, gas and electricity are included in the price. A new gas bottle will always be present in addition to the one in use.
