| House is not too suitable for children under six years of age, nor for anyone with a mobility handicap. There are stairs coming into the house, stairs to enter the living and computer rooms, plus a full flight of stairs to the upstairs bedrooms. In addition, there is a lovely, large pond that isn't a good place for young children to play around (it's about 300 ft. down a gentle slope).
