This newly furnished 3 bedroom/2 bath townhouse features a wood burning fireplace, new appliances, in-unit washer and dryer and flat panel televisions in every room. This corner unit has exceptional views from the patio deck overlooking the mountains. Our townhouse is conveniently located in West Vail on the free Town of Vail bus route. Our unit sleeps 6 and includes a king size bed, queen bed and two twin beds.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival)
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
