    Payment Details
    The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security deposit required. If you cancel, 50% of your rent will be refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
