This fantastic unit is in a quiet area of Vail (Eagle Vail) and therefore not suited for those who want to party every night.Three excellent bars and restaurants are a reasonably close walk (Mulligans,Ti Amo and Paddys)
• Property is 2 hours from Denver via Car or Shuttle or 35 mins from Eagle Vail Airport(EGE)
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The property is adjacent to Eagle Vail Golf Course.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 20 minute(s). Local bus goes about every 30 mins and is 400m walk.It will take 10 mins to Vail and 10 mins to Beaver Creek on the shuttle bus.However it is possible to ski back to the accommodation via an unmarked trail via "Rosebowl" in Beaver Creek.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are 3 bars and restaurants within 10 mins walk.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
