50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
