The view includes a white sand beach with palm trees in foreground. The bedroom has 2 six feet long and 4 feet wide glass windows which offers the view of the white sand beach and lagoon. The lounge room has a sliding door which opens out to a covered deck and patio and a couple of steps from the deck takes you to the white sand beach. Most of the rooms in our unit offer views of the beach except the bathroom.
More Information
Kayak and snorkeling gear is available to guests. Also outdoor furniture is for guests to relax and read or just have a snooze on. You can have the option of being in under the shelter of a covered patio or sitting in the Cook Island sun on the decking. The choice is yours, our unit is your home away from home but with a tropical island flavour. Our unit is perfect for a honeymoon - 1st or 2nd! We have snorkeling gear and kayaks for our guests to use which are complimentary.

• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. A few steps to the beach. There is a dingy and kayaks for guests to use.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
5 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union
All payments need to be made in NZD$. If paying by credit card there is a transaction fee charged.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 13 years old.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 40.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
