1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom is an open plan bedroom which takes in the view of the Lagoon and the patio.

The view includes a white sand beach with palm trees in foreground. The master bedroom has ceiling to floor glass windows which offers the view of the white sand beach and blue lagoon. It also has a sliding door which opens out to a covered deck and patio and a couple of steps from the deck takes you to the white sand beach. It also has it's own private beach access.
Most of the rooms in this unit offer views of the beach. This property has a lot of room, the plan is an open style and the master bedroom takes in a panoramic view of the Lagoon.
It also has kayaks and snorkeling gear available, complimentary use for our guests.
We also have outdoor furniture for relaxing on and taking in the beautiful tropical setting on the beach or an ideal setting for enjoying your meals. You can also either relax and read or just have a little nap. You also have the option of staying under the shelter of a covered patio or sitting in the Cook Island sun on the decking. The choice is yours, our unit is your home away from home but with a tropical island flavour.

• The Rarotonga International Airport is approximately 14km away from this beachfront property and takes approximately 20 minutes travelling between 30 - 40km per hour,which is our average local speed limit.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The complex is a 5 minute walk to the 'Wigmores Supermarket' shopping center and restaurants.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The beach is only a couple of steps away from your own private beach access which is located in front of the beach house. There is a dingy, kayaks and snorkeling gear for guests to use.
5 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.

Rent can be by NZD$. If paying by credit card, transaction fee will be charged.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 40.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
