In a quiet setting on a country lane, the Villa Julia is set in large, enclosed gardens and private woodland. It is at the gateway to Vaison la Romaine, an exemplary Roman village set amongst the surrounding vineyards. A peaceful refuge for a family or group of friends to unwind. This spacious property is designed for easy living with a shady terrace off the kitchen and a sunny one on the southern side overlooking the private swimming pool where sun loungers await encouraging long afternoons basking in the sunshine. Vaison-la-Romaine is a very lively town with an excellent local market on Friday mornings. Durning the summer season, there are daily festivities amongst which is a terrific Blues and Jazz festival through the month of August. The cafés, bars and restaurants welcome you well into the star-studded nights. Amongst the not-to-be missed in the area there is a wine route which you can follow to taste all the region's excellent Cote du Rhone wine/grape varieties. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
