This attractive property is peacefully located on the outskirts of a charming village, built against the side of a hill boasting a 15th century Mascarons fountain and a 14th century belfry to the 12th century church. The views from the village are breathtaking, and equally so from the property, especially from the pool area, with panoramic views as far as the eye can see across beautiful countryside. The pool, and olive tree-filled mature garden, are shared with only the discreet owner, whose private garden area does not overlook the grounds. At only 10km, discover Vaison la Romaine; rarely does a town offer such a complete and picturesque ensemble, vast fields of ancient ruins, Romanesque cathedrals and cloisters, old district dominated by its castle, etc. Day excursions could include: Orange, Malaucène, the Mont Ventoux, Carpentras, Isle sur la Sorgue and Avignon, to name only a few. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
