Villa Beauregard is set on a private enclosed domaine, at the end of a small cul-de-sac. Occupying an elevated position, from which it cannot be overlooked, it has fine views over verdant forest towards the Gorge du Loup. This spacious modern house has been furnished and equipped to a high standard, with a spacious interior featuring French windows, which open out onto the terrace and private pool area, set in neat, mature gardens. It also benefits from shared use of the large pool and tennis courts on the domaine. The nearby village of Valbonne has a central square with pavement cafés set under shady arches, and cobbled alleyways lined with boutiques and restaurants. The coast at Cannes and Antibes is close by, and just inland lies the perfume town of Grasse and the artists' village of St. Paul-de-Vence. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
