There is a dinner table and chairs for 8 people in the large fully equipped and fitted kitchen. Equipment such as juicers (you get lovely oranges in the area) are a bonus!

The property is built on a slight hill. It overlooks few properties at about 150 meters. Otherwise it's just nature.
Washer/Dryer are in laundry room along with ironing table, iron, and vacuum cleaner. The fourth bathroom is downstairs so that once you come out of the pool you can access it easily. The garden has a private stone/brick, free standing barbecue as well as a large stone table and seating. The pool is lit and is in the front garden which has a beautiful lawn and is also lit. The whole property has a hedge and is fully fenced at the rear to give the added seclusion and privacy.

The Garrao area as it was known before the all the following resorts appeared: Vale do Lobo, Quinta Jacintina, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Garrao, Dunas Douradas and such developments are all within a stone's throw away from each other, providing a plethora of activities from golf, tennis, horse riding, go karting, restaurants, bars etc etc. You can easily drive from east to west of Algarve within 1 hour. Therefore you can choose how to spend your days...busy, noisy, relaxed or whichever way as all can be accessed within a short drive away. Whether it is shopping, eating, clubbing or indeed enjoying other beaches. The Algarve is your oyster and on that note it is a Seafood paradise!
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
