From the sun terrace you can see the mountains in the distance. The villa is surrounded by pine-clad countryside.
The villa is in a rural area and local activities include golf, walking, mountain-biking, fishing, horse riding, whitewater rafting, or wine tasting in Utiel-Requeña. The Valencia region is a land of gunpowder and fire with many fiestas and proudly upheld traditions. Relatively untouched by tourism, it is as if time has stood still in some of the inland areas and an opportunity to experience the ´real Spain´, a far cry from the overdeveloped Costas. In 2007, Valencia holds the Americas Cup sailing competition, which has generated a lot of interest in the region. Valencia city has world-class museums, many attractive palm-lined boulevards, and beautiful historic buildings.
• Valencia International Airport is around 25 km away and the nearest train station (trains straight into the city) is around 5 km away.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). The nearest golf course is El Bosque, which is around 25 minutes away by car. El Saler is around 45 minutes away by car and there are also several other courses in the area reachable by car within an hour or so.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 30 minute(s). There are two very small ski resorts with a 2 hour drive. These are Javalambre and Valdelinares.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The two nearest towns (Villamarchante and Cheste) are both 5 km away and have shopping and dining facilities.
• Valencia City´s beaches are 30 km away. Las Arenas and La Malvarossa are Blue Flag beaches and can be reached by car in around 45 minutes. To the south is the beach of El Saler, also a Blue Flag beach, which is reachable in around 1 hour.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
