Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, one basin and bidet.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, one basin and bidet.

This unit is surrounded by the Sierra Calderona Mountains and the Calderona National Park
In summary you are renting the following:
To enter the main living areas you climb a marble staircase where you arrive in a very large bright living and dining room. This room is fitted with large patio doors which take you to the large front patio. Leaving the living room you enter into a square hallway with the down stairs modern toilet wash room. The floor is completed with a spacious modern kitchen and an external door taking you to the back terrace which is adorned with plants. The marble stairway in the hallway takes you to the third floor where you find a very large master bedroom fitted with built in wardrobes and spacious modern en/suite bathroom with large corner bath. The floor has a further two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and both bedrooms have large balcony doors leading on to the upstairs balcony which gives fantastic views. This floor is completed by the second upstairs bathroom with walk in shower unit.
• Valencia Airport is within a 20 minute(s) drive. Busy modern airport with mostly European connections and internal flights to Madrid for International Connections. Metro into the City and serviced by Taxi and bus. Full range of car hire firms are in operation.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 120 minute(s). The nearest Skiing Resort is Terual.

20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 5 years old stay free.
• Check in after 1:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 10.00 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
