Delightful farmhouse, formerly a hayloft, situated on the side of a hill (400 m a.s.l.) surrounded by a holm-oak and oak tree grove, only 3 km from the village of Pianello. The ex-hayloft is situated only 50 m from the main farmhouse where 3 other apartments have created. Gioiara has its own outdoor area (lawn 100 m2 equipped) and a pretty, shared swimming pool (5x15) located in a large lawn on the side of the farmhouse. Beautiful views of the surrounding weeks. Peaceful position. It is possible to go for walks. Parking. DISTANCES: 3 km Pianello (grocery shop), 19 Km Assisi, 20 Km Perugia, 30 Km da Gubbio, 47 Km Lake Trasimeno.
ACCOMMODATION: (50 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room with kitchen corner and pouf bed, 1 double bedroom with direct access onto the lawn, 1 bathroom with shower. Reasonably comfortable country style furnishings.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
