This charming, friendly house with a secluded garden, overlooks the hills of the town of Vallauris. The garden has a large dining area with stone barbecue and the pool is surrounded by a sunny terrace with a shaded lounging corner for afternoon siestas. Le Bastidon is tucked away in a quiet corner on the outskirts of Vallauris, once home to Picasso, with an art museum, many potteries, restaurants and shops. The town is situated in between Cannes and Antibes and a drive down the hill takes you to Golf Juan with sandy beaches and a busy port. There are very good motorway connections within 10kms giving an ideal opportunity for travelling inland or along the coastal towns. Parking. Private swimming pool (8m x 3m, depth 0.9m - 1.8m). The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
