The view from the living room/balcony/dining room, bedroom is of the beautiful water around False Creek, east towards Vancouver and the West Coast mountains. The bedroom view is a panoramic view of the water, downtown Vancouver and the beautiful sun capped West Coast Mountains. Watch kayaks, dragon boat racers, sail boats around the false creek waterway. Upper level viewing of Vancouver skyline and night lights are beautiful.

Guests have access to a full size pool, steam room, sauna, gymnasium - fully equipped, offices for meetings can be booked, 25 seat theatre room can be booked for private movie watching and a games room for parties. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment. Concierge on duty 24/7.

Famous English Bay beaches and shopping.Stanley Park is an easy walk or ride by bike, transit or car. July/august fireworks festival at English Bay.
• Nearby Attractions: Science World is a 10 minute walk, Canada Place Imax Theater about 20 minute walk and the Amphitheater a ferry ride over.

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
