The Vancouver, YVR airport is about a 20 minute drive/taxi from the property. Straight shot down Granville St brings you from the airport to two blocks West of the condo. A little slower than 20 minutes at rush hour.

Shopping and Dining
The shops and restaurants are about a 1 minute walk from the property. There are well over 20 restaurants including some of Vancouver's best within 5 blocks of the condo. They include a wide variety of styles at every price point. There is great shopping within 5 blocks at Granville island and along south Granville St. Robson Street is about 10 minutes drive and there are also 2 malls with in a 10 minute drive.
The bus is about an unknown minute walk from the property. The condo is just off Broadway, a major transit route.

If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 50 percent of the rent is due immediately.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
